What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect anonymised analytics information from Google to track your interactions on our website, including how you arrived at our website. This information includes, but is not limited to, geographic location, device make and model, device operating system, browser information and the names of any websites or sources that referred you to our website. This helps us to understand where our internet traffic is coming from and what devices people use to visit us with, as well help diagnose and spot potential issues with our website. We do not collect your IP address with Google Analytics whilst you are browsing our website.
When you contact us, you supply us with personal information, including contact information. We will use this information to contact you, and provide you with an account if you become a client of ours. If you do not become a client, we will hold your personal information on file for two years. We will remove your personal information sooner than this on request.
